Your support will allow us to build a space that serves people on a daily basis in Northwest Arkansas, invites new faces onto the bike, and empowers them to develop a relationship with the bike as something so much more than just a tool for recreating.
These spaces exist in almost every city but are missing here because the culture and infrastructure around bikes was built top down and prioritized a type of recreational riding that’s not accessible to most people in one of the nation’s poorest states.

Why does Arkansas Need another bike shop?
On a daily basis our only other non-profit bike space, Pedal-it-Forward fields calls from people asking for workshops, to borrow a stand, and for open shop hours.
In Northwest Arkansas bikes may appear abundant but access is carved along class lines.
This is the kind of programming they simply don't have the capacity to provide as a scrappy organization distributing thousands of free bikes to Arkansans every year.
We've built a paradise to pedal around for fun but are missing pieces that make biking accessible to the masses
We need a space like this because trans kids, struggling families, our unhoused neighbors, friends who can't drive, and so many others deserve access to everything the bike has offered us
