Creating access, community, and belonging through cycling and the outdoors.

Sharing connection and empowerment through sport.

All Bikes Welcome is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Northwest Arkansas that works to expand equity and belonging in cycling and the outdoors.

We invite folks from a variety of backgrounds to participate, from the “never touched a mountain bike” rider to the advanced cyclist. The goal is to create a fun, supportive, and low-stakes place to learn and grow.

Nurturing spaces to learn, teach, and grow.

“Since joining All Bikes Welcome, I feel more confident and secure in my body as an overall cyclist, especially in mountain biking. I have learned to trust myself while riding with others and to enjoy my ride without the pressure to compete or be "fast."”

Chanel

“All Bikes Welcome has worked diligently to expand the representation of who is considered a mountain biker, as the mountain biking community has historically been white, straight and male, and being able to see mountain bikers of different races, genders, and body sizes in leadership positions has been very powerful for me.”

Iresha

“I wouldn't have been there without All Bikes Welcome who made sure my road there was made easier. I was overwhelmed by gratitude to be part of a group of individuals who received their mountain bike coaching certification just months prior through a generous grant.”
